The Cyrodiil open zone — Getting in

Walk or ride across Cyrodiil Map’s border. Fast travel into or out of the open country is blocked.

Teleportation, Recall and Portal Stones can enter or leave a city, town or village in the zone. The open country remains restricted.

Journeys within the zone use carriages, with a 10-minute cooldown. The landing fee depends on the destination ring.
