Artifact Base item Powers Source Notes
The Masque of Clavicus Ring Improves reactions from all social groups while worn, based on Personality. Reward of Clavicus Vile’s Quest, offered if you successfully summon Clavicus Vile at a temple or a Mages Guild. —
The Mehrunes Razor Dagger Strikes: if the target fails a magic save, the blow also deals damage equal to the target’s whole current health, and the Razor loses that much condition. Reward of Mehrunes Dagon’s Quest, offered if you successfully summon Mehrunes Dagon at a temple or a Mages Guild. —
The Mace of Molag Bal Mace Strikes: drains the target’s magicka into yours, up to the blow’s damage; any overflow raises your maximum magicka.
Strikes a target with no magicka: drains 1d6 Strength, which you gain, even past your maximum.
Both gains end 12 minutes after your last strike.
Reward of Molag Bal’s Quest, offered if you successfully summon Molag Bal at a temple or a Mages Guild. Each strike costs the Mace condition equal to the blow.
The Hircine Ring Ring Worn by a werewolf: no forced change at the full moon, and no need to kill an innocent to stay healthy. Reward of Hircine’s Quest, offered if you successfully summon Hircine at a temple or a Mages Guild. The Glenmoril Witches always summon him. Works in either ring slot.
The Sanguine Rose Red Rose Use: if a hostile creature is within 12 m, summons an allied Daedroth; the Rose loses 100 condition. With no hostile near it does nothing. Oghma Infinium Book Use: opens the character sheet with a pool of 30 points to spend as at a level-up (you do not gain a level), then the book is used up. Reward of Hermaeus Mora’s Quest, offered if you successfully summon Hermaeus Mora at a temple or a Mages Guild. —
The Wabbajack Staff Strikes: changes the struck enemy into a different creature (rat, imp, spriggan, giant bat, grizzly bear, spider, nymph, harpy, skeletal warrior, giant, zombie, giant scorpion, iron, flesh, ice or fire atronach, or lich); once per creature. Reward of Sheogorath’s Quest, offered if you successfully summon Sheogorath at a temple or a Mages Guild. —
The Ring of Namira Ring Worn: reflects the damage of enemy blows back at the attacker — in full, halved for Daedra, doubled for the Undead, and nothing back from animals and vermin. Reward of Namira’s Quest, offered if you successfully summon Namira at a temple or a Mages Guild. The Ring itself takes no wear from the reflection.
The Skull of Corruption Amulet Use: makes an allied copy of the nearest hostile creature within 12 m; the Skull loses 100 condition. Reward of Vaernima’s Quest, offered if you successfully summon Vaernima at a temple or a Mages Guild. —
