Fishing boats

Ports have 2–4 fishing boats in their daily traffic. They put out in the morning and return in the evening, using the town's lantern cycle. They anchor clear of the port's berths and work offshore.

These boats are lawful merchant traffic. Attacking a peaceful fishing boat is subject to the usual Naval combat. A boat sunk or taken does not respawn again that day. Port traffic is separate from the player's Fishing profession.
