Accounts and recovery

Open the profile button on the title screen to sign in. You can play as a guest or register with a name and password. Registering keeps your existing guest account and progress. Email is optional.

Registration enables letters, private bug reports, cloud backups, Weir Keys, festival currencies and leaderboards. A guest account can be lost if browser data is cleared.

Keep the eight recovery codes shown at registration. There is no email password reset. You can generate replacement codes from your profile. Changing a password signs out other devices; using a recovery code signs out all devices.
