Choosing a starting province

The final page of character creation asks Where does your story begin? It initially selects your race’s homeland. Choose another available start if you prefer.

On a phone, tap a start once to preview its story, then tap it again or choose Begin here. The Cyrodiil start is not offered online because it is inside the open PvP zone, where ordinary dungeons are sealed.

All starts hand on to the Emperor’s commission. The main quest waits until you choose to open it and arrive in Daggerfall.
