Outfitting — Tempering found gear

The loom can temper made or found leather armour and garments by one quality grade, up to Superior.

Rule	Requirement
Rarity	Rare or below
Equipped items	Must be unequipped
Found equipment	Treated as Standard; can be tempered twice
Material cost	Half the recipe’s leather or bolts, rounded up
Fee	Station fee
Bonuses	Retained
Experience	Crafting XP without a first-time bonus
