The Weir Road is a questline. The Battlespire fell in 3E 398. One of its last class of Battlemages has never stopped living that year.

Take the line through its quest giver, a town notice board’s Help wanted option or the Quests tab. Later steps wait at least one game hour after the previous step; a failed later step returns after one game day. See Starting a questline.
