Ship crews — Hiring and orders

Crew halls offer six recruits daily. These are base hiring fees; specialist roles cost more, and restoring several missing crew can raise the charge. Common sailors can also be hired through the Exchange.

Deck orders include Man the guns, All hands to the rail, Make repairs and Stand down. Manning the guns reduces reload times.
