The Abyss Dungeon — Finding it

Requirement	Value
Active dungeons	One per eligible provincial event area; the Bay has its own area
Region	In the Bay, the qualifying region with the most players; beyond it, each province except Cyrodiil Map runs separately. At least 2 players are required
Location	Near a city
Visible omen	A brass column of light within 12 map pixels; tavern gossip also points to it
Discovery	The first player within 25 m of the door finds it

Discovery announces the dungeon to everyone and adds it to the map and board.

Stage	Time
Unbeaten dungeon remains open	48 hours
Hour collapse after its boss dies	3 minutes
Next dungeon rises	2 hours later

Shattered Hour instances keep a party’s boss kill from closing other parties’ Hours. Cyrodiil Map has no provincial Abyss Dungeon.
