Families and heirs — Heirs
An heir goes through character creation, then inherits on top:

|---|---|
| Class | the parent's, half the time |
| Race | the parent's, 70% of the time |
| Surname | the line's, 90% of the time |
| Attributes | +0 to +3 each, from the parent's (blood) |
| Skills | each parent primary or major skill gives +0 to +3 (hearth) |
| Gold | a quarter of the fallen's gold, up to 9,900, as a letter of credit |
| Siblings | 50% chance of each, up to 2 |
Heirs also inherit their family's deeds.
