Knights of the Flame
Knights of the Flame is the joinable knightly order of Anticlere Map. Join this order if you want to build standing and use order halls in that region. Its rank requirements, armour gifts and quests follow the shared Knightly Orders rules.
Membership
| Requirement | Value |
|---|---|
| Home region | Anticlere Map |
| Associated faction | Anticlere |
| Reputation | 0 or higher with this order |
| Highest qualifying skill | 22 |
| Different qualifying skill | 4 |
| Simultaneous knightly memberships | 1 |
| Skill training | Not offered by this order |
Qualifying skills are Archery, Critical Strike, Dragonish, Etiquette, Giantish, Long Blade and Medical. Joining another knightly order replaces this membership.
Benefits worth planning around
| Benefit | Requirement | Where |
|---|---|---|
| One armour piece from an offer of 4–7 | Current rank’s gift unclaimed | Hall smith |
| Free inn rooms | Any member rank | Anticlere Map |
| Free inn rooms | Rank 4+ | All regions |
| Free ship passage | Rank 6+ | Ship travel |
| One house from sale stock | Offline rank 9; regional ownership capacity available | Anticlere Map |
Choose your armour before taking a piece: the gift is spent when you take it. See the Knightly Orders (ranks and armour). Online, the rank-8 and rank-9 leadership roles in Guild chapters do not raise the membership rank used for armour gifts and do not award houses.
Quests
This order uses the Knightly Orders (quest choices and rewards). Your character level can satisfy a member quest’s rank requirement, so a low-ranked but experienced member can receive harder work. Check the quest’s own objective, enemies and choices before accepting.
| Goal | Quest route |
|---|---|
| Artifact from a witch’s bargain | The Artifact; rank or level 7+ |
| Artifact hidden by the Mages Guild | The Lost Artifact; rank or level 8+ |
| Non-member work | The Hunter, The Infested House, The Traitor and Trouble with Orcs |
The order does not have a separate reward-metal ladder or exclusive artifact pool. Its practical distinction is its home region and faction standing. See Factions and reputation before taking work that helps one faction at another’s expense.
