These are initial daily weather-type chances for each climate group. Mountain Woods uses the Mountains row; Haunted Woodlands uses Woodlands. Ocean uses the Swamp row.

Each climate zone also has a 12% chance to change weather each hour. Weather fronts can move with the wind when Weather as places is enabled, as it always is online.

Rain, sleet and snow at your location depend on air temperature, height and hour; these initial roll chances do not fix the local precipitation. See Weather for the temperature thresholds and forecast.
