The Iliac Hand

Unit, spell and Daedra Prince cards use the same rarity tiers as Loot and rarity. Each card has a magicka cost and one power value, with no separate health.

Cards come from enemies, packs sold by tavern keepers, guild quests, boss cards, regulars’ forfeits when you play for keeps, trades and the market. Cards are kept in your Card Binder.
