Smithing — Ore and fittings
Mining supplies Iron, Tin, Copper, Silver, Gold, Platinum, rarer ores and gems. Other fittings come from cured hides, sawn logs and burnt logs. Jewellers also use Pearls and Linen for the Cloth Amulet.
A shop forge sells fittings in quantities up to 100:
| Fitting | Counter price (silver) |
|---|---|
| Cured Leather | 4 |
| Oak Plank | 4 |
| Pine Plank | 2 |
| Charcoal | 2 |
A home forge has no counter.
| Output | Inputs |
|---|---|
| Iron Ingot | 2 Iron |
| Silver Ingot | 2 Silver |
| Moonstone Ingot | 2 Moonstone Ore |
| Dwarven Ingot | 2 Dwarven Scrap |
| Mithril Ingot | 2 Mithril Ore |
| Adamantium Ingot | 2 Adamantium Ore |
| Ebony Ingot | 2 Ebony Ore |
| Orichalcum Ingot | 2 Orichalcum Ore |
| Steel Ingot | 1 Iron Ingot, 1 Charcoal |
| Brass | 1 Copper, 1 Tin |
Smelting needs no rank and gives experience per ingot. Jewellery uses raw Silver, Gold and Platinum; keep those materials unsmelted for jewellery.
