Mining — Witnessed ground

Witnessed ground is land where several established players have gathered. It affects every gathering profession except Hunting. The Ore here card shows a spot’s status.

If mountain veins keep yielding low-tier ore, check the ground’s status and your Mining rank. Silver requires rank 25.

Once ground is witnessed, nodes in the Marches (Betony Map, Anticlere Map and Lainlyn Map) yield a quarter more, and a Harvest Tide adds another quarter for the week it runs.
