Silver (currency)
Silver coins are an online account currency, shared by your characters. They pay for Market trade, writs, crafting supplies and guild activities. Silver ore is a separate crafting material.

Combat event rewards share a 150-silver daily limit. See The Notice Board for writs and Market trading.
Spending and exchange
Silver pays Market and courier fees, guild upkeep, profession specialisation changes, supply counters and heraldry. Player guilds maintain separate treasuries.
The bank exchanges silver for 8 gold each, up to 300 silver per day. It does not sell silver for gold.
