Wagon upkeep is a setting.

Property	Description
Where	World → Travel
What it changes	Boons rewards a well-maintained wagon. Hard makes worn wagons slower and lowers their sale value. Repair at a Wagon Yard or use a repair kit; Off disables upkeep.
