Requirement step 1 done first (begins one hour later); Level 12+; online, registered account
Offered by Prior Anselm Vey of the Order of the Hour
Objective Meet the Prior at his temple
Choose which power of the Bay you will tell what you find in the Hour (Daggerfall, Sentinel Map, Wayrest Map, or another: Orsinium Map, the Underking, the Blades)
Break an Hour: go down through an Abyss Dungeon, past the Orrery of Endings, and break the Brass Remnant
Return to the Prior and tell the power you chose
Rewards 500 to 900 gold
A choice of one of three fitted gear pieces
Daggerfall's court: Court of Daggerfall standing +5; named jewel: Lysandus's Remembrance (Amulet)
Sentinel Map's court: Court of Sentinel standing +5; named weapon: Sunfall Scimitar (Saber)
Wayrest Map's court: Court of Wayrest standing +5; named armor: Eadwyre's Ward (Kite Shield)
Orsinium Map's court: Court of Orsinium standing +5; named weapon: Tusk of the Sixth Stone (War Axe)
The Underking: gold x1.25 and a rung up the gear ladder; the Underking standing +5; Order of the Hour standing -2; named armor: Numidian Heartplate (Cuirass)
The Blades: gold x0.75; the Blades standing +5; Order of the Hour standing +3; named weapon: Akaviri Oath (Katana)
