Medium Dungeon
A Medium Dungeon has six to eight layout blocks. Each block can contain several rooms and passages.

Online choices
Online size choices are fixed for each eligible dungeon.
A smaller original dungeon can keep its smaller size. Main-story dungeons keep their full layout.
Medium is a size, separate from difficulty and enemy type. See Dungeon sizes for settings and quest exceptions.
