Homes — Stations and traders
A furnished home can provide crafting facilities or a shop for visitors. Both begin as placed indoor decorations, with an additional licence assigned to each working piece. The licence and the underlying decoration have separate costs.

What the payment covers
| Payment | Covers | Does not cover |
|---|---|---|
| Catalogue placement | The chosen decoration at its current size. | A crafting or trader licence. |
| Station licence | One craft role on that decoration. | Ingredients, materials or the original maker window's own charges. |
| Trader licence | The shop role on that decoration. | Goods to stock the shop or guaranteed customers. |
| Room rental | A tenant's paid period of access and rest. | Ownership of the home, decoration rights or automatic station access. |
Profession station-use fees are waived for the owning account's home facilities. Removing a piece, clearing its station role or selling the home does not refund its licence.
Set front-door access for intended visitors, then set Who may use separately for a chest or station. A hired trader lists goods for 30 real days per listing; its licence is a one-time purchase, not a 30-day subscription. The Notice Board's Vendors tab helps buyers find the home.
Use Home stations for installation, restrictions and licence changes; Hired traders for stock and NPC purchases; and Renting rooms for letting spare rooms. All working services must remain indoors, within the home's decoration allowance.
