Homes — Buying
- A home costs 300 gold per m² of its footprint, times a town-size factor from 1 in a hamlet up to 2.75 in the largest cities, rounded to 100 and kept between 5,000 and 250,000 gold.
- A guild hall costs 1.5× (up to 375,000).
- A deed sells back for 85% of what you paid. A character can own up to 3 homes.
- Offline, homes use Daggerfall's own price (see Shops and services).
