The Firmament — How it works
The Firmament has 518 stars across seven signs: the Mage, the Shadow, the Thief, the Steed, the Warrior, the Ritual and the central Serpent. The inner sky grants combat bonuses; the outer life ring covers professions and has its own keystones. You cannot unlock every star.
| Point source | Rate | Limit | Where points can be spent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Renown | 2 per level after the first | 98 at Renown 50 | Firmament stars |
| Profession ranks | 1 per 8 ranks | 125 with all ten professions at Master rank | Life-ring stars only |

| Combat skills | +15 |

Attribute bonuses also raise the attribute limit: the full +15 can raise 100 to 115. Combat keystones trade a benefit for a cost; life-ring keystones have no drawback.
