Unofficial DFO Wiki is an unofficial player reference for Daggerfall Online. It is not run by the Daggerfall Online developers.

Editing

Select Edit at the top of a page, then sign in or choose Create account. Wiki accounts are separate from Daggerfall Online accounts. Keep your recovery codes somewhere private; they are shown once and let you recover your account if you forget your password.

Saved changes appear immediately. Add a short edit summary to explain the change. Each page's View history link shows earlier revisions.

Write for a player looking something up: state the rule, the number or the requirement, and list where it comes from under Sources.

Licence

Text on this wiki is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). You may copy, adapt and share it, including commercially, as long as you credit this wiki and release your adaptation under the same licence.

Contributions to the wiki are released under CC BY-SA 4.0.

Material from UESP

Some pages adapt material from the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages (UESP). UESP's text is licensed under CC BY-SA 2.5. That licence requires anyone who reuses it to credit the article the material came from and to share their adaptation under the same terms (UESP's copyright page). CC BY-SA 2.5 allows an adaptation to be shared under a later version of the same licence, so these pages are offered under CC BY-SA 4.0 along with the rest of the wiki.

Every page that uses UESP material has an Adapted from UESP box. It names each article, links to the article and its edit history, and says what was changed. When a page copies or adapts text or tables from UESP, every article it draws on is listed in that box.

Other sources

The pages were first written from Daggerfall Online's public source code and design notes in the Lattymoy/daggerfall-js-source repository on GitHub. Each page links the files it is based on under Sources. Where a feature comes from a Daggerfall Unity mod, the page credits the mod's author, and Built-in mods lists them all.

These first versions were imported from an earlier, machine-written version of this wiki and cut down to player reference. Daggerfall Online changes often, so if a number looks wrong, check the linked source.
