Render scale is a setting.

Property	Description
Where	Graphics → Display
What it changes	Draws the world at a lower resolution and scales it up to fit; menus and the HUD stay sharp. Try 75% if the outdoors run slow on a big or high-resolution screen. Retro Picture Mode replaces this while it is on.
