3D dungeon map is a setting.

Where	Interface → Maps
What it changes	The enhanced map shows dungeons in 3D, hand-drawn: turn, tilt and zoom it, with every floor you’ve explored at its own height. Off shows one flat floor at a time. Takes effect the next time a map is opened.
