Main quest

Sent by the Emperor, you leave Privateer's Hold Map for the Bay's royal courts. You investigate the restless ghost of King Lysandus and the artifacts tied to the Totem of Tiber Septim, and the story ends in the Mantellan Crux Map. Its ending depends on who holds the Totem.

• If a main-story step fails, the journal offers it again from its start.
• The main quest is not shared with a party.
